SHIPPING

RETURN POLICY

  • We offer a standard return policy for regular orders within 15 days of the original purchase date.
  • To initiate a return, customers must fill out the " Order Details & Reason for Return Form"  and submit it to our customer service team. ( FORM FOUND DOWN BELOW ) 
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund within 5 business days.
